NOTA ACLARATORIA/DISCLAIMER

Aviso Público 2019.pngThe Puerto Rico Vocational Rehabilitation Administration (PRVRA) is the state agency responsible for providing vocational rehabilitation services for people with disabilities to integrate them into the workforce and a more independent life. In compliance with Law 93-112 of 1973, as amended, the PRVRA requests for proposals for the Implementation and Maintenance of a Case Management System to improve the level of service of its beneficiaries, increase the level efficiency of its processes, improve regulatory compliance with federal and state agencies.

Starting on March 19, 2019, interested offerors can access to download the Request for Proposal (RFP) document at the following link:
www.arv.pr.gov

All interested entities require a properly completed Letter of Intent to Submit a Proposal to participate in the evaluation and selection process it should file the Letter of Intent before the corresponding template is downloaded, completed and submitted on or before March 21, 2019 to the following electronic address:

arv_proposal_case_management@vra.pr.gov

Deadline to access RFP (Guide) March 29, 2019.
Only participants who have complete the Letter of Intent to Submit a Proposal properly can participate in the question and answer process.
Offerors must submit proposals by April 24, 2019 at 4:00 pm. The PRVRA will receive the sealed proposals in 1 original and 5 copies in separate binders, addressed to:

PRVRA reserves the right to cancel the award of the RFP at any time before the signing of the contract without any liability whatsoever.
